What are the different order types?

During the online ordering process you will be asked to define the order type. You can choose between three options:

NORMAL rate:
Standard procedure at normal rate

VOUCHER:
16-digit code, usually provided by an institution or bank.

URGENT ORDER (premium rate) -Smartcard only:
Urgent procedure, premium rate. The card and product codes are produced in the next 24 hours.
