The operator may ask you:

• some basic questions to confirm your identity (name, first name, date of birth etc.).
• to make some simple moves in front of the camera (to prove you are not a robot).
• to show your valid ID document.
• to communicate him the verification code you received by SMS (on your mobile phone) during the VideoID session.
• to take a photo of you.
