What is the difference between my Initial Password, my Password and my Passcode?

The Initial Password is the one you received by text or email when you ordered your LuxTrust device.

The personal Password is the one you set up when you activated your certificate. It must be between 6 and 10 characters long and contain upper and lower case letters and digits.

You chose your Passcode when you activated the mobile app. It enables you to lock your app and must also be between 6 and 10 characters long and contain upper and lower case letters and digits.

The personal Password and the Passcode do not need to be different.
