The codes are sent by post: the document « LuxTrust Codes » is a unique document. This document is to be kept securely.

Lost your LuxTrust Codes? Please contact the Customer Service Desk LuxTrust at (+352) 24 550 550.

Under certain conditions, the LuxTrust odes can be resend to you, within 10 working days, at the post address you provided during  you ordering process.
