An Operations Manager (m/f)

You will be responsible for the supervision, maintenance and high availability of LuxTrust services and the team of system engineers that contribute to this objective.

Roles and Essential Activities :

• Service level management for test and production environments covering all ISO 20000 processes
• Technical management of PKI and particularly HSMs
• Systems administration in complex environments on Linux and Windows platforms
• Supplier and asset management including procurement and renewal
• Planning on-call services, coaching and managing the system team
• Collaborating with Program and Resource Manager
• Reporting directly to the CIO

 Qualifications & Skills :              

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
• Proven evidence of long-term professional experience in running a mission critical infrastructure
• Excellent competence in system administration, networks and security
• Specific competence in databases and PKI is an advantage
• Proven expertise in data center processes, service management and ISO 20000
• Strictly adhered to quality, security and confidentiality with a high level of accountability
• Strong technical and analytic skills
• Being a team leader/player with good communication and documentation skills
• Fluency in French and English, both oral and written; knowledge of German and Luxemburgish is an asset
